88 85Hp 856X8A. The old throttle moved about 3/8 from straight up to not quite level amd gave full throttle. The new unit moves passed level and another inch or two. This seems to be wrong. Also I had the throttle hooked up backwards and was not getting full throttle so my brother did something to make it go farther but of couse he does not know what he did. Can anybody help?<br /><br />Oh and I reversed the throttle now it works correctly.
