aftermarket cdi ignition

Has anone had luck with the aftermarket ignitions for Force motor I guess it is my only avenue seeing parts are no longer available I did order one but just want to see what you guys think it is this or part the motor out.

did you do a search on the subject? it seems to me that i remember both good and bad things being said about them.

There was no info anywhere I finally found the part I was told numerous times there was no aftermarket to find a parts doner but then was told the modules for that year were prone to be bad when I did find a parts doner I got the prop but you guessed it the ignition was bad

i have a 73 chrysler, i just replaced my magnapower type 1 ignition with a CDI ignition. it works great, but the mounting holes didnt line up. i had to drill new holes to bolt it on. also, from what i have seen, the CDI ignitions dont normally have a tach sender built in. i just ordered a tinytach, should be here in about a week.
