I have a 120 force and when the motor is first started I need to baby it a lot to get it going. The choke will pull in when the key is pushed but it doesn't seem to help. I have to pull the shifter in to neutral to rev it up. Is this normalto have to mess whith it an start up?

Re: starting 120 force

Not unusual at all to have to advance the throttle and use the choke to start a cold engine.<br />It should idle without any extra attention or throttle after a minute. If it doesn't, something needs repair/adjustment.
