9.9 force help please

The motor runs at great temps untill it is at full throttle and it runs at 190 degrees F at the cylinder head. Is this the correct temp or is it hot like i have been told???? The motor has new water pump, i pulled the power head and the exhaust and the were no blockages the replaced the gaskets. I also to the T-sat out because with it in the cyl. head was running temps from 190-250.

Too hot, should be closer to 150*

I would drop the lower unit and make sure that the water tube is fully seated into the waterpump and the powerhead.<br /><br />Before putting it back together, remove the thermostat cover and force water up the water tube with a garden hose to verify water it circulating thru the head.
