Decarb procedure

In the FAQ's section it says to add 3 oz of oil to the 1 gallon fuel Seafoam mix. Is that right? It's much more than the normal 50:1 mix.

When you're dealing with solvents added to gasoline, extra oil is an awfully good idea. The carbon that's being loosened up is abrasive and extra oil should prevent damage. So there's two good reasons.

It makes sense, but I was concerned about fouling the plugs if it was a typo. <br /><br />I'm from Patchogue.
