1990 Force 150HP stalling

I have two questions 1 - Is the throttle correct when it seems to be all the way forward before any real speed improvement happens. 2 What needs to be corrected when my motor stalls while coming into the harbour? the motor was at almost idle speed.

1. In the case of a Force, yes, it is pretty close to being normal. 2. Carbs need adjustment and cleaning and perhaps your motor needs decarbing. Fuel filter(s) may need replacement.
