start by adj the air fuel mixture screws . to do this turn in the metal screws with the springs all the way in to seat very gently . then back out 1 full turn . start the boat adj the carbs by turning the screws in untill the boat starts to pop (lean) then back out untill it starts to stall (rich ) then back a little untill its smooth out (go slow is best ). now repeat with the next carb . Just remember to give each carb time to react to you adj . and what ever you do to one you must do to each carb . This is a basic mixture adj but there are other carb adj that could needed also . I suggest you pick up a manual to help you in this area for better instructions , Hope it helps JJB
