FORCE 120HP L-DRIVE PISTONS

I recently had a nice experience of removing the head cover and the exhaust on my Force, to find that cylinder #3 had a chunk missing. Anyone have any ideas on where to find cheap parts?<br />1991 Force 120HP L-Drive (rare) in a 91 bayliner. I have rebuilt chevy 350's and 400's, but never a 2-stroke engine...any suggestions?

I might add that when it rains it pours. What got me into this was the fact I was cruising about 42 across the lake when something 'gave' and had to be towed. Turns out that the upper-drive shaft snapped in half. Not to mention, my rectifier is bad so no charging of my battery either. Happiest day of a boat owner, the day they buy it, and they day they sell it.
