#1 plug no spark

I've got 91 150hp force #1 plug has no fire 2,3,4,5 all have spark is it the blue pack that has plug fitting on it bad "coil" plz. help

also buzzer goes on as soon as i turn key on and never goes off it was unpluged when I got the boat but pluged it in what is it for and should I keep it pluged in thanks for all replys
