Help I have a 95 force 120 hp outboard normal w.o.t. rpm is 4200 it started today missing and running rough and max rpm is about 3400. On the side of the carbs there is a lever that works the flaps in both carbs when wide open the control arm just barely moves this lever if you push that just a little further down than wot the rpms come up to normal. Question is there an adjustment that needs to be made to this lever or is the problem somewhere else? possible fuel or air flow.
