Basically I am new to boating as well as marine engines so bare with me. Long story short I have low compression in one cylinder 70 and 120 in the other. I only really use this boat to fish and want to know if I can run it the way it is for awhile? Basically what happens to it when you run it with low compression? Thanks, I have a mechanic who is tearing it apart and going to see if it is a head gasket or the piston, rings etc.

It shouldnt be a problem though it will affect
the overall performance. Reccomended minimum
is 100 lbs within 10% cylinder to cylinder.
But it will run with less.
You could try a decarb to see if it will help any.
