Chrysler tillotson carbs spitting fuel

I have a 1975 chrysler 90hp model 907HB with 3 tillotson carbs model # wb21a and the top two carbs seem to spit gas through a hole on the right side of the carb and near the top of the carb. I checked the float leval and it was it 13/32".<br />Also,It ran great at WOT for about 15 min and then lost 500 rpm for about 3 min and then picked back up and ran fine for a about 15 and then started all over again. any suggetions?

sounds like needle/seat/float problem. Spittin fuel out the bowl vent, and likely flooding...just a Thought
