Chrysler 10hp how does flywheel remove?

I cant get the flywheel off is there somekind of trick to it? I took the three flat head screws out it moves back and forth but not up.<br />Help please<br />Dale

Something does not compute,Dale.<br />The flywheel should have only one bolt holding it on. do you mean the recoil start assembly which is over the flywheel?

The motor has a starter on top of the fly wheel, sorry i did not say it in my post.
