Info for 3 hp sears outboard

I was given a 3 hp sears outboard in exchange for fixing a friends evinrude. Problem is I don't have any info on it. It is a sears 3 hp outboard the numbers on it are T-643-01A and 5554103. If anybody could tell me what year, and what fuel ratio to use it would be greatly appreciated. The pull starter says techumseh so I'm guessing that they manufactured it for sears. Also is it an aircooled engine or not. thanks.<br /><br /><br /> Lagoonfisher

I have a 3.6 hp and run it at 16-1 mix(8oz to 1 gal gas)use a 2 cycle air cooled oil(chainsaw and weedwhacker oil)
