After the motor hit the rev limiter the second time I had it out (aeration), it never really ran right again. I called/emailed the tech support center and they were clueless. <br /><br />Two weeks ago I took it in to a master service center. Last week they did some tests and found out the limiter was still slightly 'limiting', and causing an ignition misfire at all RPM's. This dropped my top speed from 15.5 to 12.5, a noticeable difference. <br /><br />Apparently the first generation motors have this problem. They ordered an "updated" limiter from the factory. <br /><br />Just thought you guys ought to know this.
