First problem is the engine wont start. More specifically when spray carb cleaner in the carb and then starting engine truns over fine but hen dies out aafter it seems to use up all the carb cleaner as gas. It was working fine last year but this year this seems to be the first problem.<br /><br />Second problem is last year when it was in the water the engine would run at full throttle (3000-3500 RPM) no more than 5-10 minutes before cutting itself down to what felt like 1000-1200 RPM. I don't know too much about engines but wondering what would explain this?
