When I prime the fuel bulb it does not get firm and fuel is leaking out of the high speed nozzle on the right barrel of the bottom carb. I believe this motor is a 1987 vintage. Is this a normal condition? Are there 2 floats in this carb? I had just installed a new primer hose assy. and it pumped up tight and then the bulb colapsed like a fuel line blew. Then I noticed fuel comming out the front of bottom carb. What did I do? I Removed fuel pumps and fuel is not comming out from impulse port.
