ram seal replacement

Can anyone tell me how to replace the rams seals in a 98 225hp? not found in the shop manual?<br /> Thanx

remove the caps, remove the wire seal retainer if used, remove the seal, remove the oring if used and install new ones. install a new cap oring and install the cap. torque it to 80 ft pounds i think.
