I just installed a used Multifunction digital tach for my 1998 C115 Yamaha. The other day we took it out & you cannot read all of the numbers, some of the bars are missing on the display. Is this a bad tach, wiring etc.?? In addition, when it comes on it reads 6P. Is this the correct setting for my motor? Furthermore, the trim guage comes on with all bars & the top blinking unitl you actually start the motor, then it reads normal.
