THE TWO MIDDLE CYLINDERS ON MY 150 ARE NOT FIRING AT ALL. THEY ARE GETTING FIRE TO THE PLUGS AND GAS TO THE CYLINDERS. jUST REBUILT CARBS. IS THERE AN EASY WAY TO CHECK THE COMPRESSION OR THE REED VALVE ASSY? OR DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER SUGESSTIONS?

How did you determine they are not firing? If they have fuel and fire, then they should be.

did you setup the carbs correctly? at what rpm are they not running? sounds kinda like you didnt let the tension of the cam follower and the middle carb butterfly was being held open. this will only cause them to run poorly at low rpm however.
best way without stripping the phead to check reeds if with the carbs removed.
the only way to check compression is with a compression guage.
