hi am am thinking about buying a 17'1965 glaspar,goldcup<br />in real nice condition guys had the boat about 5 yrs used very little and never serviced the suzuki 75 oil injected 2 stroke 3 cyl and ive learned more in this forum. dont remember a low oil lite. any way the oil resivor has a crack in it so when you lift the motor up it leaks out and need new one, and # 2 how hard is it to find parts for this motor he wants $2000 for the boat and dont want some thing i cant get parts for (motor ) <br />can anyone help never owned an out board ? thanks .

parts for the Suzukis are readily available. Fridays Marine in Virginia can help with parts if you don't have a dealer near you. The carbs on the DT 75\85 tend to leak a little when tilted, that might be what you are seeing.

parts are easy to get i owen one they have to order a lot but they can get them and if the oil res is on the front of the moter just get a new o ring it will stop leaking

brownspoint are the go to suzi site or even here for most of the basic stuff

agreed, brownspoint.com is quick and great .... the 75hp is easy to work on, if you don't wanto spend $$ on a nw oil tank you can just disconnect the oil injection and run the motor on pre-mix .....
