hello<br /> never tried to make one. but with a precision gun drill,reammer or ID grinder and the heat treating it should not be to hard to make.<br />how many broken bolts and what size, I made mine by buying the drill bushings from a tool company in norfolk VA, empire I think is the name. weld the bushing vertically to the plate. drill holes for bolting the plate over the center of the broken stud abd drill away. the drill bushing will hold the drill straight<br /> the hard part is a slight counter bore in the plate to set the bushing in so its straight when the weld cools. the vetical line must be perendicular to the horizontal plate.<br />but its not difficult
