Soft floor on 1989 SeaRay Bow rider

I just purchased a 1989 Sea Ray 16 foot bowrider with a 3.0L and alpha 1. I screwed up and didnt spend enough time checking the baot out before buying it. I found a few small areas where the floor is soft. One under the drivers councel next to the infloor ski storage area, and one under the cushion in the bow of the boat. How concerned should I be about this and is there anything I can do to fix it. The areas seem to be small and I cant find any problems anywhere else.

Biggest concern would be condition of stringers underneath those soft spots. To fix them, best choice is to remove bad/rotten wood and replace using epoxy resin coated (w/fiberglass cloth layered on if you choose).
