200 HP, Yamaha one fouled plug

.. A set of plugs only 6 months old. The upper port plug completely fouled with brownish deposit. all of the other plugs are fine. Could this be a leaking head gasket? Bad coil? Any suggestions would be appreciated.<br />Thanks!

can we at least get a year model? any info on fuel, oil premix. ya know the standard stuff and was it #2 or #4 ?
