I have posted about a problem I have ona 1988 Suzuki DT200 where I have no spark to 3 of the cylinders and I just read this post by another member:

"Well.... found out yesterday that the motor is a 1988. Anyway, it turns out that there is a warning module that turns off one bank when it detects a cooling or oiling problem. The part is known as a "low oil warning reset module" ($150.00). It seems this is a common problem for the 86 thru 88 models as they age. "

I have a feeling this may be my problem as the loss of spark started after I disconnected and reconnected teh low oil warning switch. This motor has a press button on it that is labeled "Low Oil Warning Reset" and I'm wondering what the procedure is to reset it? Do I press it with the engine running, engine off? Do I hold it for a while or just a quick press?

Thanks for any info,
Rob
