McKee Pulse 1800 bumper rail ?

I am considering purchasing a 2001 McKee Pulse 1800. It has been garage kept since new and looks really nice with one exception. The bumper rail between the hull and deck is somewhat wavy. <br /><br />Any thoughts?

Might be a good idea to inspect the boat from the inside. The bumper rail covers 2 seperate parts of the boat where they are joined. Could be there is serious damage hidden inside ? Or might just be the rub rail coming loose.<br /><br /> Jim

I'm betting on the insert just having popped out here and there. Garage hazards such as bicycle handlebars and lawnmower handles can do that. You can fix that with a putty knife in warm weather.
