I have a 1989 Yamaha 2 stroke 4hp outboard with only about 50 hours on it. I started it up at the beginning of this fishing season and it started right away. The problem came when I throttled down, it stalled out immediatly. It starts good every time and has no problem revving up but it won't idle?????
