88 vintage 130, carbs have been rebuilt, timing check good, Idles great (smooth)when first started, but after the engine warms up it runs rough and misses. sputters and coughs intermitantly. I placed my finger over the vent hole on the fuel pump and it seems to help but NOT repeatable?
Carbs are checked @ 7/8 turns from soft seat.
motor compresson @ 120 +/- 5 psi..
What do you think?

Set the carbs at 1 1/4 turns from a soft seat and try that.

Ray, Thanks for the info. I found that after the engine warmed up the secondary side of the #3 coil would degrade and not fire the plug. I also took the idle bleed screws to 1 turn and it runs like a champ!
Thanks again.. :D

rodbolt,
Carbs cleaned/rebuilt 10 months ago, but the fuel pump has not been rebuilt for some time. I think a rebuild kit is a good idea.
