My repair manual Yamaha V4, (2 stroke outboards) has been dropped into a dirty oil bowl, the wiring diagram is unusable. The control unit is TIA04-08 or 6E5-12 I am not sure which one is the correct number. cant help ya much on a 140, we dont have that model in the states. but from the ones i worked on in south america they are similar. what problems are you having that require a harness diagram? its a pretty simple system.

the aus 140 is the nth american 130. in the mid 90's yamaha did a decal change down under to shift hp ratings to fit marketing.
