cause either way its wrong. the 60 in o5 is avalible as a carbed or EFI version. however neither will click when the choke is depressed as the EFI has no "enrichment " valveing, its all done with the temp sensor. the carbed version uses prime start with an automatic wax pellet type system that requires no operator input other than to turn the key.

it specifically states in bold print DO NOT RAISE WARM UP LEVER.

if it does not start correctly after using the owners manual prescribed procedure its broke, have it fixed.

the F80 was not a prime start model and required some operator input, part of the reason it was dropped.

by raising the warm up lever on a prime start model its actually possible to defeat the cold start features.
