Yamaha 200 hp choke, rpm, carburator

Hello,

I have a Yamaha 200hp 1986 model. It have not run for 5 years. When I start it up, it only run with when:

1) When I go dead slow ahead, I must use full choke.

2) When I go faster, I must use 1/3 choke to be able to run.

3) When I go full ahead, it runs only up to 4400rpm.

4) I run it for 30 minutes when i felt with my hand on the cylinder head cover it was not really warm, is that correct?

Kindly advise on what the probable reason is.

You probably need to go through fuel system from tank to the carbs. Be sure to include the carbs. Amazing you didn't sieze it up.
