Welcome to iboats. Does that have the automatic choke? If so, make sure you don't give any throttle when starting. It has to be all the way slow. Before starting, put it in gear and pump the throttle a few times. If it has an accelerator pump, that shoots a bit of gas in which really helps a cold motor to start.
