I need to know where to find a 1984 Yamaha 150 wiring harness. My partner's old Ranger was recarpeted and they disturbed the wiring harness. It had multiple splices and patches over the years and now we haven't been able to get it working properly. Any suggestions? Thanks, Bob

hello if it has multiple splices already, buy a new harness. its best in the long run. what motor functions failed?

The big motor either won't crank, or when it does, it kills the flasher and livewells. Do you know where we could get a new harness for that old a motor?

any yamaha dealer, but it sounds more like a bad battry or connection.

The harness was the same for 1984-1989. I do agree with Rodbolt that it sounds like a battery or battery connection problem.
