HOLE IN HEAD

I thought i blew a head gasket on my c85 yamaha,when i pulled head i saw there is a hole in the head near sparkplug from corrosion i guess can this be fixed or were can i buy a new head?thanks

I doubt if corrosion would pick that one spot in your outboard's head to eat through. Better check around some more as I suspect a peice of ring/piston/? punched a hole in the head. <br />Quick check..cover the hole with your finger and turn it over a few times,do you have compression?
