When leaving the beach I noticed this twice. In shallow water engine tilted quite far up, just down enough to suck water and propel. When hit starter switch will turn over once or twice and no more, kept doing that, for several times then started. Is there some sort of switch that tells the level of the engine to help not start when in up position, or was this just a fluke. Seemed to happen on two occasions.
