I have a two year old Yamaha 100 horsepower 4 stroke that was sunk in salt water for two days. It was immediately pickled when retreived and started right up after the oil was changed out etc. The dealer says he can get it going and fix it up and I will have a good engine - all wiring replaced and all electronics. Anyone having experience with salt water sunk engines and how they perform please advise. Thanks, Sunk

Sunk,

Oh man, what a major bummer.

As long as the dealer replaces every wire, connector and electronic component, I think you'll be OK.
