Top two cylinders are about 110 psi. Bottom cylinder is about 30 psi. What's my first step?Thanks, in advance!

I would remove the cylinder head and see if you had just blown a head gasket. Look for any scoring on the cylinder wall that would require reboring of the cylinder walls.Hopefully, you got lucky and only need a new head gasket.Richard
