Default yamaha 225 electrical hookup

I have a yamaha 225txrr and do not see in any books where to hookup the positive battery cable for the engine starting battery. I see the 30 amp fused line for the optional equipment battery hookup and the starting relay but the starting relay does not seem to have a post long enough for any other cable to hook to it.

I have a second question about the wiring harness of this motor. The electronic ignition module harness wires to a second box on the starboard side of the block, out of this box are some wire leads that I hooked some to the sensors in the head but I have a double grey with black stipe and another wire that is black that I am unsure of what they are suppose to hook to. I see in the main wiring harness just below this area are four wire that include a grey with black stripe and a black. Do they connect together or ?? I have looked at the wiring diagram and cannot place these wires within the diagram. I am assuming that the second black box is a control module for the electronic ignition also.
