I saw a 225 here in Canada laat week. So chances are they're available in th US as well. As for price I heard they don't come cheap..Somewhere around $14,000 - 15,000 US.

The Yammie 200/225hp 4 Strokes are available now. A local Grady White dealer had test drives this weekend. I couldn't make it but it most people are amazed at their quiteness and fuel economy.<br /><br />Now for the bad part...List Prices are about $17,000 +<br /><br />John

I saw them in a magazine a while back and it said M.S.R.P. for 200 was $16500. Dont recall price for 225. They also said would be available this fall.

To repeat a previous posting, check with boats.net. They can give some great prices, I believe about 13,500 for new 225 yamaha. Much lower than other places I've found.

I shouldn't have stated a price as I don't know for sure about 4 strokes. The 225 4 strokes are available now and from what I've read on this BB, at better prices than recommended. I do know for FI 200 yamaha, price quoted was approx 2 grand cheaper than anywhere else I've shopped. Worth a look.
