Default 92 130 yamaha carb intermediate jet screw head snapped off

I tried to remove the old jet to clean the carb but the bolt snapped off. I tried an easy out and reverse bit with no luck. Does anyone know the size of the tap. I can see some threads. I might get lucky if I can tap otherwise I will have to get a bottom half for this carb. It is amazing all the other scews came out so easy and this one snapped. Thanks for the size .

hello use a set of dial calipers on the od of one of the jets that came out. that will be the thread diameter. then go by an auto parts store and ask for a thread pitch gauge. then you can determine the thread pitch. with that information you can buy a tap and the tap will state the drill size or there are many charts avalible.. explain to me excacly how you accesed the intermediate jets on this carb? is this a dual float carb. I have the tap for the main jet on a 3 cyl. its an odd size and was ordered from empire machine equipment in Norfolk VA. they will ship COD by UPS. if you take one of those jets by a machine shop they will be able to measure it real quick. good luck and keep posting
