I have a 1991 175 hp Mariner. I rebuilt the 3 WMH 12 carbs, taking care to replace everything as I found it. The plugs are wet w/ what looks like oil/gas. The idle seems low, but might be close to factory specs. The engine runs fine, but after I let off the gas and put it in nuetral, it will die. It usually take 3 tries to get it going. I'm sure it's running rich, but what should I check. Also whats the normal operating temp for that engine.
