Doesn't seem to be a valid serial number. Does the exhaust come out of the propeller or out of a snout just behind the propeller? Look for numbers on one of the clamp brackets that holds the motor on the boat. Another place to look is at the swivel bracket in front of the midsection. Many also have welch plugs somewhere on the powerhead block with the numbers.
