1992 Merc 115 no spark on one cylinder

I've replaced the coil, not the problem. Based on what I've read it's the switch box, stator, or trigger. I don't have a clue as to how to test to see what the problem is. Where do I start?

The only thing of the 3 you have listed that effects 1 cyl is the switch box
