Steering hard to turn 85 Yamaha 200
It is tough to turn the wheel to steer my 85 Yamaha 200. I have a new steering cable and even though there seems to be soom clicking etc while turning it seems to work very smooth and easy when the engine was disconnected as recomended by other postings. The motor when disconnected from the cable/rod takes a lot of manual pushing to turn. How do I lubricate or ease the motor in turning ? Or is it still the cable/gears ?
