I am new to the Yamaha community. I recently purchased a 2002 60 TRLA Yamaha outboard Mtr. To my dismay, it seemed to be very cold blooded and hard to start. I was told by a friend that if you let it run dry (out of gas) after your finished for the day, it will start right up next time. It this true? Will it harm a 2 stroke (oil injected engine) to run it out of gas each time you use it? Thanks in advance for any and all responses.
