Hello all.<br /><br />I recently removed my lower unit to have some repairs made to the gears and cam-shift. I have reinstalled the lower unit, and it works fine running with just the muffs as far as being able to change gears normally. However, when I tried it in the water, it shifted form neutral to reverse smoothly, but when I shift from neutral to forward, its a little "jumpy", as if it isn't fully engaging into forward. This happens at idle speed, however after giving it a little more throttle, it stops and runs normally. Can this problem be solved by simply adjusting the shift cable a bit, or should I remove the lower unit again to adjust the shift shaft?<br /><br />Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.<br />Thanks!
