I broke the throttle cam on my 1990 40hp by throttling down too hard. Have since replaced it and readjusted everything so that carb shutters open all the way,etc...I have not touched the spark advance screw so have I changed the timing at all by messing with everything else?{carb, fuel pump rebuild}
