Merc 650 (sn 2109652) has sat for two years without maintenance. I'm assuming that the fuel sitting for so long is not good. I have the carbs off, now I need to buy the kit's. Does the Sierra kit (18-7013) have everything I need? How about the fuel pump kit (18-7804)? I've shopped a bit, and the price for the kits at iboats seems good.
