Japanese Mariner impeller change

Hi. I have a 1981 Japanese built 30EL Mariner serial 689-405415 which I want to change the impeller on. I have the seloc mariner manual. I've got a few questions.
  1. <br />
  2. Is this the correct manual as it seems the Japanese built mariners are really Yamahas?<br />
  3. Are Yamaha parts interchangable with my Mariner?<br />
  4. Is the impeller change a simple enough task? Looks easy by manual.<br />
  5. Should I change oil seals as standard?<br />
  6. Do the seloc manuals cover these tasks in enough detail or am I in for some surprises?<br />
<br />I'm 'ok' with mechanics but am new to outboards and don't want to have to swim home because of some dumb mistake. <br />Thanks<br />GD
