Hello,<br />I have a 1989 mercury 9.9 outboard motor that wont stay running. I haven't run it in about two and a half years. It ran fine the last time I used it. This is what it will do. It wont run in less I spray starter fluid directly into the carburetor. Ounce it burns the fluid it shuts off. The bulb will pump full of fuel. it seems like its not getting fuel to the carburetor. I did put new fuel in it. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!
